The Snow Resort Club recognizes the importance of personal information protection and implements the following measures.

1. We appoint a personal information protection manager and establish an information handling policy to protect personal information in an appropriate manner.
2. We collect personal information within the extent necessary for our business in an appropriate manner. Prior to collecting any personal information, we will clearly define the purposes of the collection and use and contact point for inquiries about the collected data.
3. We do not use nor do we provide personal information outside the scope of the purposes agreed upon when collecting such information, except when required by law.
4. We implement reasonable countermeasures to prevent unauthorized access to private information and to mitigate the risks of loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of private information.
5. In the event that we are required to outsource the handling of personal information to a third party, we will develop appropriate agreements and conduct adequate supervision and control of the consigned company to ensure the use, provision, and safety control of personal information in accordance with the agreement obtained from customers when collecting such information.
6. If we receive a request by a customer for disclosure, revision, change in the scope of the provision, or deletion of their personal information held by the company, we will deal with such requests promptly after confirming the customer's identity in an appropriate manner.
7. We comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning personal information we handle, implement necessary corrective measures to ensure adequate operation, and continue to review and improve our efforts to protect personal information.
