[Terms and Conditions]
Passes cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
(This rule applies to any circumstances including injury, lost passes, and the purchase of the wrong pass.)
Passes can be used by the purchaser only.
Diversion, resale, or abuse (exchanging passes for lift tickets twice a day) of passes is prohibited. The validity of the passes depends on the operating period for the 2020–2021 ski season at ski resorts partnered with Snow resort Club.

■ Use or exchange of passes for lift tickets is allowed only once a day. Choose a ski resort and exchange a pass for a one-day lift ticket. (Ticket exchange is not allowed at more than one ski resort per day.)
■ Passes cannot be exchanged for lift tickets at ski resorts other than partnered ski resorts with Snow Resort Club.
Passes cannot be exchanged for lift tickets at ski resorts other than partnered ski resorts with Snow Resort Club even if you can access other ski resorts using another lift ticket.
■ Passes are valid for the purchaser only whose photo is on the membership card. Therefore, other the purchaser cannot use the passes for any reason.
We may ask for identification with a photo and a name for a proof of identity at the ski resorts.
■ In the event of the abuse of passes, your membership card (with a book of passes) will be immediately invalid and confiscated. (This includes when passes are exchanged for lift tickets more than once a day or used, resold, or counterfeited by someone other than the member after passes have been exchanged for lift tickets or other cases when the office and the facility determine that there was abuse.)
■ Some ski resorts may require you to pay deposit for IC card.
■ Although the validity of passes depends on the operation period of the snow resorts partnered with Snow Resort Club during the 2020–2021 ski season, a part of slopes or lifts may close due to snow and operating conditions. Although the lift service can be suspended for a variety of reasons even before the end of the season, we do not issue alternative tickets or refunds. Please check the operating and snow conditions at the ski resorts before exchanging a pass for a lift ticket.
■ Please check with the ski resorts for operational information (lift operations, availability of night skiing and snowboarding, and operating period).
■ Benefits will be awarded when you exchange your pass for a one-day lift ticket. You cannot receive benefits only.
■ In some cases, we may ask you to present your membership card when you get on a lift. Be sure to carry it with you.
■ Do not cut the passes from the book. They will be invalid.
■ We do not directly hand over tickets to you to avoid any problems. Please note that even if you visit us at the office, we are unable to hand them over.
■ In the event of any (deviant) complaints, business interference, or unauthorized use or resale of tickets or passes, your membership card will be immediately confiscated or suspended, and we will not issue Season Passes or Coupons to the person from next year.

Important notes

■When sending us the required documents to receive a membership card by post
1. It may take approximately seven business days to send you a membership card by mail.
Please allow sufficient time for your purchase. You cannot use the lifts by presenting the voucher you purchased at convenience store or a printed screenshot of the purchase completion screen or thank-you e-mail.
２.Send the required documents for Season Passes by ordinary registered mail and the required documents for Coupons by simplified registered mail.
We will not be liable for any postal accident or loss when the required documents are sent by standard mail service. Ordinary registered mail and simplified registered mail come with insurance and delivery can be tracked. Please contact the post office for any inquiries on ordinary registered mail and simplified registered mail.

■ Use of tickets
1. The resale or abuse of tickets is a criminal offence. In the event of resale or abuse, the seller’s membership card will be confiscated, and we will refuse any and all future purchases of passes.
